Survey of boundary an Water partingof lokality Rakovecké údolí
Háva, Lukáš ; Kuruc, Michal (referee) ; Fišer, Zdeněk (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor thesis is terrain research of Rakovecky and Jedovnicky stream watershed. The thesis displays chronological process from theoretical preparations, documentation processing, reconnaissance of geodetic network in the area, terrain measurements to processing of gained data in office and drawing up of the final relief with highlighting of the watershed.
Utilisation of shape analysis methods for object classification in medical images
Karela, Jiří ; Odstrčilík, Jan (referee) ; Chmelík, Jiří (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with problems of shape analysis. It describes some procedures and methods related to this kind of analysis. The thesis is divided into theoretical part, practical part and conclusion. In the theoretical part we describe in greater detail some methods, with the help of which the practical part was solved. But other theories related to the topic are also described. The practical part then follows the given theory and solves the problem of shape analysis due to the knowledge gained in the theory. The algorithm is tested on medical data from CT of vertebrae. The conclusion serves as a summary and evaluation of the shape analysis solution. It also serves as a reflection on the realization of our method, ie how our solution and result could be improved.
Segmentation of cortical parts of vertebrae
Janštová, Michaela ; Kolář, Radim (referee) ; Jakubíček, Roman (advisor)
This thesis deals with a segmentation of cortical parts of vertebrae from CT image datas in programming software called MATALB. Issues about segmentation techniques are described, especially „level-set” method and its modification DRLSE. This method was chosen because of informations from articles published in spcialized publications and also thanks to its plentiful usage and satisfactory results. In the end of this paper is designed method tested on real CT datas.
Image data shape analysis
Kylián, Jakub ; Harabiš, Vratislav (referee) ; Chmelík, Jiří (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is focused on shape analysis of image data. This thesis clarifies usage of methods, techniques and procedures that lead to such analysis. The content of this thesis is divided into three chapters – theory, analysis solution and conclusion. In the chapter theory, methods and general theory of the topic are introduced. The rule is, that every method used in subsequent sections is explained in detail, but this doesn't necessarily mean that it applies in reverse. Next chapter, following up the theory section is analysis solution. In this section, a problem is presented. This problem is then, with knowledge presented in chapter theory solved. The solution consists of many processes and preparations that are also explained in detail in this chapter.
Quality Check of Text in Forms
Moravec, Zbyněk ; Juránek, Roman (referee) ; Zemčík, Pavel (advisor)
Purpose of this thesis is the quality check of correct button text display on photographed monitors. These photographs contain a variety of image distortions which complicates the following image graphic element recognition. This paper outlines several possibilities to detect buttons on forms and further elaborates on the implemented detection based on contour shapes description. After buttons are found, their defects are detected subsequently. Additionally, this thesis describes an automatic identification of picture with the highest quality for documentation purposes.

Applications for analysis of tennis player motions
Kříž, Petr ; Beneš, Radek (referee) ; Říha, Kamil (advisor)
This thesis deals with segmentation of tennis player´s body parts for analysis its motion. Testing code was written in C++ with use of OpenCV library. Some image processing techniques such as thresholding, background subtraction or finding the largest contours were implemented. There was used a linear triangulation technique for calculating the 3D coordinates of segmented points.
Detection of parts of human body in an image
Křivánek, Filip ; Přinosil, Jiří (referee) ; Šmirg, Ondřej (advisor)
This thesis deals with algorithms for human figure detection in video. It describes, practically tests and evaluates algorithms called Histogram of Oriented Gradients and Haar Cascade Classifier. Testing program was written in C++ language with use of OpenCV library. The aim is to find the approximate location of individual body parts in the area of the detected human figure. The detection was tested on a video sequence and various image processing methods were selected. Techniques such as thresholding, background subtraction, finding the largest of contours or optical flow were employed. The result of thesis is to find points which represent concrete body part.
Game with Hand Gesture Control
Baštek, Jozef ; Žák, Pavel (referee) ; Hradiš, Michal (advisor)
This paper is intended for computer vision usage as a way of human-computer interacion. It covers design and implementation of interface for game controlling by hand gestures and movements, that are captured by camera. It describes and evaluates image segmentation algorithms (background subtraction, thresholding, Bayes' theorem, gaussian model) as well as hand gesture classification algorithms (knowledge-based classification, Hu invariant moments and K-nearest neighours). Implementation includes machanical contruction of camera holder and 3D FPS game as a interface usage demonstration.
Sinumerik tools for programming of CNC machine tool
Chytil, Tomáš ; Sámelová, Vendula (referee) ; Polzer, Aleš (advisor)
The bachelor thesis focuses on the usage of possible ways of the Sinumerik system for programming of the form of the drop forging. The first part of the thesis contains of the characteristics of the part and its function in the composition. In the second part there is all the proper visual documentation. The following parts of this piece of work is devoted to the history and specification of the Sinumerik control system and a suggestion on how to make a forging die.The next part is contributed to the possible ways of how to produce a form in the Sinumerik system. The final part deals with the very formation of the programme and its graphic simulation.
